Gutters
Insulated gutters
Our insulated gutters are bespoke designed and supplied with a galvanised weather outer layer that can be sigma TCN coated with fully bonded insulation to our customers requirements. These gutters can be manufactured up to 4 metres in length.
Membrane lined gutters
We offer a bespoke design and manufacture service for the supply of our membrane lined gutter system. Our system is manufactured from pre-bonded “FATRA” pvc membrane galvanised steel. This gutter system is quick and easy to use incorporating leak free membrane lap joints that only require hot air welding on site. Generally manufactured up to 3 metres in length the FATRA material has a life expectancy of 25 years.
Roofline gutter system
Our roofline gutter system is manufactured from single or double sided 0.7mm thick plastisol, HPS or PVDF if required. The roofline gutter system is generally manufactured in 3 metre lengths but we are able to offer 4 metre lengths as special order items. The standard joint detail offers pre-punched gutters and butt straps utilising M6 nuts, bolts, washers and either matching colour caps or polyester powder coated bolt heads to suit. We are also able to offer either rivet or joggle joints as special order items
Our roofline gutter system is installed to the underside of the existing trapezoidal roof sheet using 600mm long support arms fixed at no more than 1 metre centres.
Valley gutters
Our valley gutters are generally manufactured using galvanised steel. We are able to offer alternate materials upon request. Our gutter system is manufactured with either internal or external punched joggle joints being installed together using M10 nuts, bolts, EPDM washers and 50mm x 6mm butyl mastic strip.
Aluminium box gutters and rainwater pipes
The FTP aluminium box gutter and rainwater system is designed and manufactured using superior quality 2mm aluminium that is polyester powder coated in any colour. All box gutters are manufactured with a fully welded and punched, internal joggle joint being assembled using M6 stainless steel nuts, bolts and EPDM washers that are colour matched.
A range of accessories is available including fabricated, welded corners both internal and external, running and patch outlets, Welded stop ends, Swan necks and shoes.
